Location: Across our 10 charity shops within the Five Towns area

Salary: £23,950 (FTE)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (including weekend working)

Are you a retail professional with a passion for customer service and a heart for charity? The Prince of Wales Hospice is looking for a Mobile Shop Supervisor to support our network of 10 retail shops.

At The Prince of Wales Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care in a supportive and respectful environment. Our 14-bed inpatient unit, located just minutes from Junction 32 of the M62 in Pontefract, also offers outpatient and community services, including a successful Lymphoedema clinic.

About the Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be covering for Shop Managers during periods of absence and supporting ongoing operational needs across multiple sites. You’ll help maximise income through great customer service, attractive merchandising and effective stock handling, all while championing our Hospice’s vital work in the community.

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have retail experience and strong customer service skills

Be able to merchandise stock effectively and handle donations

Be friendly, flexible, and able to work independently

Be willing to work across multiple locations local to the Hospice

Have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable)
